WINNERS OF THE "MINT LAMB" FOR 2018.

Out of a field of 44 competitors, whittled to twelve, then four. Ile de France lambs were in with a good shot at the win.

James' Ile de France x Merino, Ile de France x Corridale and Jean's Ile de France x Romney were all judged among the top four.

The Ile de France x Merino was the winner on the day, with its overall score for yield and hook, tastiness and texture.

A very big thank you to Dave Cann who helped James choose the Mint Lamb as well as the Hoof to Hotplate winner.
